The lead designer of the Mind World, the Architect is a no-nonsense workaholic whose domain covers every square inch of the world she walks on. She's the personification of logic, she's in charge of how people think.
Because of this, she works on…a lot of things. She designs everything in the Mind World based on the personality/style of thinking of her person; she's in charge of filtering and processing information correctly without…pesky emotions coloring that information; and she's also the foreman of Mind World maintenance. It's a lot on her plate, and having to argue her stance to the “big bosses” of the Mind World doesn't make it easier on her.
But despite it all, she does genuinely enjoy her job. It's all she knows, really.
Personality
The Architect is an all-work, no-play type of person. They don't really have much time to relax and socialize. Why waste that time doing anything unproductive? The Architect finds the fastest, most efficient path to an end goal, and sticks to it. This applies to how they approach anything in life: they hate meandering, they're honest, and they're blunt to a fault.
They don't care much for emotional hysterics, and they see experiences in their core: What will their person learn from this? They have a tendency to disregard any emotional context in any situation, only focusing on the means and the end of an action. They're a little awkward this way, sometimes bordering on insensitive, but they never have any malicious intent. Though this leads to them handling relationships quite clumsily, especially with any label outside of "coworkers".
